Rishona A. Beck, JD received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Beck has recently been hired as the Executive Director for TKKI - The Katie Koestner Initiative for a World Without Rape, and Outreach Coordinator for Campus Outreach Services, Inc.  She consults with small businesses in the area of business development, direct marketing, office management, website content development, and market and general research.

Her research background has developed from her law and psychology background. Since 1999, she has been the Vice President of Research and Marketing for Infopacks.com, Inc., an on-line company that provides current information for 150 various research topics. In addition to working on Infopacks.com, Ms. Beck has completed various research projects for Digital Hatchery, LLC, Assigned Counsel, Inc., Villanova University Law Professor Joseph W. Dellapenna, and the Susquehanna Institute.

Ms. Beck has also served as contributing editor for The Report on Campus Community Safety, a bi-monthly publication from the Civic Research Institute, dedicated to discussing laws and regulations affecting safety on our college campuses. In addition to her editing, she has authored several articles for the Report on Campus Community Safety.
